During our stay, we loved how close our hotel was to Little Tokyo and Bullfish Grill, making it easy to enjoy some great meals after a long day of exploring, and the staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring our experience was enjoyable.

I loved the cozy feel of my Beautiful King Room with a fireplace and balcony! The modern amenities. Enjoying evenings by the outdoor fire pit while sipping a drink was the cherry on top of an already fabulous stay!

Well, the room itself was very nice, comfortable and clean. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast service, Nick at the breakfast bar was great, always ready to whip up the best meals and making everyone smile like it was personal.

Clean hotel, welcoming atmosphere, with excellent amenities like an indoor pool and a much-appreciated complimentary breakfast that started my day off right, and its convenient location just a short drive from McGhee Tyson Airport made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We visited the Rod Runs and Wilderness Wildlife Week, which were super fun. The hotel offered 48-inch LCD televisions, great for relaxing after a day of adventure. Outdoor activities nearby, like ziplining and hiking trails, kept us entertained. Perfect spot for a group getaway! Just be ready for possible delays with service.

On the downside, we encountered issues with our room keys, which caused some frustration. It took multiple trips to the front desk to get it sorted out.

Great pools and fun water slides, but housekeeping was a bit slow.

The movie nights were a fun touch. We had issues with our room keys multiple times. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times. Overall, a decent stay, but they need better key management.

Excellent customer service and great amenities

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and was thrilled with the accommodating staff and the cleanliness of my room. The indoor and outdoor pools provided lots of fun, especially with the added water slide for the kids. However, the breakfast options could be better. there were limited choices that didn’t adequately match the price.

It was a great stay. The pool and hot tub were refreshing. The room was clean and had modern decor. We enjoyed the large TV after our adventures. The staff was accommodating and friendly. 🌟

Our King Room was super comfy and had everything we needed, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer. The pools were fantastic. we enjoyed the indoor and outdoor options plus the water slide. Also loved the hot tub and fitness center. Made-to-order breakfast was a nice touch with great options.

I loved the spacious room and the comfortable beds. it felt like a nice place to unwind after a day exploring. The staff were polite and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was another highlight. It’s centrally situated, making it easy to get to restaurants and attractions. Now, there were a few issues worth mentioning. I found the breakfast pricing quite high considering the room rate. Paying $12.95 per person for breakfast felt excessive, especially when many other hotels include that in the stay. Also, there were some maintenance hiccups in our room. The shower had trouble with drainage, leaving the bathroom floor wet after use. These issues didn't ruin the stay, but they were noticeable.
